ive supplied 2 sticker outlines color anyway you want.
if you are using your own, i suggest your outline color be black, it works much better then other colors. at 6 width ...

step 1
select all float defloat modify expand by ten.




add a new layer flood with white deselect.
this next step is optional though, i find works best on word stickers then on elements see sample below:



Effects inner bevel with the following settings:
