How to make a Ladybug tut

hello before we start lets get this stuff outta the way...this tut is © to me Chynna Lake it is solely meant to teach. and is not to be shared outside the group without my permission. what you make with what you create is yours but the idea still belongs to me...ok enough of the hum drums...lol.
to see the images in full just click on them im sorry i dont know how to make them larger and clearer
we are going to be making this:

its very easy so lets get started i will be using lots of images.
first open up a new image 600 x 600.
select your preset shape oval. chose black as your foreground colour and nil out your background color.
width 3.
Draw out an oval.
objects align center in canvas.

convert to raster layer.
duplicate layer. x out the original layer.
click on your pen tool. i love this tool i use it often.
draw a line straight down the center.
convert to raster layer.

with your selection tool chose rectangle.
select first half see image

promote to new layer.
go back to the layer you just were on and delete it make sure your have is still selected. so now you have 2 half's.
now reselect your center line duplicate it.
move 1 up to the half and merge down and repeat with the other half...you should now have 2 wings..
make your 1st layer visible.
select your pick tool.
move sides like in image below.
you have to play around for a few to get them just right.

now it doesnt look nice but i promise it will.now you can move the wings as far apart as you want or as close as you want its up to you.
now x out original layer merge wings
now move the wings down see image. we do this so we can give this cutie a face...lol
now grab your eraser brush and erase on the original layer all the inside lines. once erased then merge together.

now we're almost done.
let make her spots. grab your preset shapes, select oval and make one any size you want convert it, duplicate it and place them where you want them see sample image.make sure your flood is unchecked and black.
now lets make her eyes preset tools oval
and make a small oval place it where you like it to be see sample, convert it and dupilcate it and and position the eye where you want it...now to make the white use your paint brush use the setting shown.
and to make the antennas change brush size to 9 and careful paint them with same size brush dub the ends to make the cirlce and there you have a ladybug all your own!!!
